Pokemon Go is introducing Mega Heracross through an upcoming Raid Day, and you’ll even be able to catch it as Shiny.
Mega Heracross Raid Day is a very short event, so you won’t have much time to secure your Heracross Candy. Here is everything you need to know.
When is Mega Heracross in Pokemon Go?
Pokemon Go: Mega Heracross takes place on Saturday, April 13, 2024, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm local time.
As always, this means people from New Zealand will have access to the event almost a whole day before those in the United States.
Raid Day: Mega Heracross Event Bonuses
There are 4 bonuses during the Pokemon Go Raid Day: Mega Heracross that are based around Raids. Here are all of the bonuses:
- The Remote Raid Pass limit will be increased to 20 from Friday, April 12, at 5:00 pm to Saturday, April 13, 2024, to 8:00 pm PDT.
- You can receive up to five additional daily Raid Passes from spinning Photo Discs at Gyms during the event.
- You’ll have an increased chance of encountering Shiny Heracross from Mega Raids.
- Once two or more Trainers successfully complete an in-person raid, more Pokemon will appear around the Gym that hosted the raid for 15 minutes.
Raid Day: Mega Heracross Event Ticket
For US$5.00 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency), you can purchase a ticket that grants the following bonuses for the Pokemon Go Mega Heracross Raid Day, effective Saturday, April 13, 2024, from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm local time.
- Eight additional Raid Passes from spinning Gym Photo Discs
- Increased chance to get Rare Candy XL from Raid Battles
- 50% more XP from Raid Battles
- 2× Stardust from Raid Battles
This ticket will only be available in the in-game shop until Saturday, April 13, 2024, at 5:00 pm local time.
Pokemon GO Web Store: Heracross Raid Ultra Ticket Box
A Heracross Raid Ultra Ticket Box will be available for the event for US$4.99, which includes a bonus Premium Battle Pass. The ticket will be available in the web store three days before the ticket is available in the in-game shop on April 8, 2024, at 10:00 am PDT.
