No Rest for the Wicked How to Get Bear Paws

No Rest for the Wicked: How to Get Bear Paws

Bear Paws are needed to upgrade your weapons in No Rest for the Wicked’s late-game, but they are pretty tricky to find. Read on to discover how to get them!

As you edge closer to the max level cap in No Rest for the Wicked, you’ll need to pay closer attention to min-maxing your build. As you level up and progress through the game, you’ll face tougher enemies, requiring higher defense and greater damage output to survive. In order to do this, you need to upgrade your equipment to better face the challenges ahead. At first, upgrading gear requires easily attainable resources, such as copper and iron ingots. However, you will need much rarer resources to max out your equipment as you progress. Bear Paws are among the most rare and sought-after resources in No Rest for the Wicked. Read on to find out how to get your hands on this rare resource.

How to Get Bear Paws in No Rest for the Wicked

To get Bear Paws in No Rest for the Wicked, you need to either get them up as loot from opening chests or defeating enemies or buy them from the general goods vendor, Grinnich, in Sacrament. If you’re looking to find them as loot, we had the most success finding them while looting chests within the Cerim Crucible dungeon. Despite what its name may suggest, there are no bears to find and defeat in No Rest for the Wicked’s current Early Access period. This may surprise players who are used to farming Wolf Claws and Kidneys from Wolf enemies in the game. If you want to get your hands on Bear Paws, you’ll have to try one of the above methods.

If you want to find Bear Paws while exploring, we heavily recommend running through the Crucible a few times. This is because it’s the most challenging content in the game. There seems to be a higher chance of high-level and rare loot appearing. You can also run through each floor relatively quickly, which beats searching around in the open world. Just defeat enemies and open chests as usual in the Crucible. If you’re lucky, you’ll see a Bear Paw or two appear before too long.
